trailer trash, originally uploaded by billa…..But this really reminds me of Debbie Harry.
No, really. This actually is Schindlers Lift. It’s where I work. I wonder why nobody has ever noticed it before?

I came across this ‘web page‘, I believe they are called by the kids. Anyway it contains ‘links’ to all kinds of ‘trendy’ music ‘mixes’ as they say. I really liked this one and found my foot tapping away for a good hour, most enjoyable. It’s in something called ‘Real Audio’ which I believe means that you can’t ‘download’ it to your ‘mp3 player’. But anyway, as I said, most enjoyable ‘Homey’. ‘Laters’….

Desolation Row (IV), originally uploaded by CantikFotos.Being in the market for a house, having seen these, I’m considering poping over to Taiwan and snapping these babies up. Spacey! More here.
p.s. I also kinda dig the fact that an semi naked chick appears to hang around the neighbourhood.
Screen Resolution and Page Layout (Jakob Nielsen’s Alertbox)
“Summary:
Optimize Web pages for 1024×768, but use a liquid layout that stretches well for any resolution, from 800×600 to 1280×1024.”

“Sony will next month ship a handheld communications device designed for the Wi-Fi world. Dubbed Mylo, the palmtop features 802.11b wireless networking, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, a 2.4in, 320 x 240 colour display and comes pre-loaded with GoogleTalk, Yahoo! Messenger and Skype.” (The Register)
But I do wonder why they haven’t included GSM/GPRS or UMTS capability in this, because unless you live in one of the very few places in the world that has good outside Wi-Fi coverage, then what’s the point?
