1. Pick an established, multi billion dollar industry, say mobile telecoms
2. Come up with a disruptive idea (uh, yeah thats the really hard bit, however I don’t think you need to totally realise it in full, if the idea in itself is scary and convincing enough, and it gets out there, that’senough).
3. The idea will instil fear in the incumbents, i.e. scare the shit out of them because…
4. They get greedy due top the fact that your idea will hit their revenue in a major way…
5. So they will buy you to either a) shut you the fuck up or, b) take your revenue.
Easy. 5 Steps, kerching. Done.
